something about me

right from my childhood days i remember i have been trying to get feel of things... tried almost every game at school.. apart from study spent lot of time in extra curricular activities at college.. and enjoyed my part and time.. life has been fun.. difficult.. satisfying.. thrilling.. so far i enjoy doing stupid things.. drawing illustrations, cartoons, caricatures.. did some free lancing illustrations for Indian Express Baroda which brought me a little pocket money and fame..!! trekking and hiking - these days hardly find time to do this.. luv the jungles and Project-Tiger Melghat was a favorite spot to escape on weekends in Amravati when i was doing my graduation.. participated in tiger-census.. it was a great experience.. counting tigers in wild ! i was elected Gen Secy for gymkhana during my graduation with a record margin and organising all the extra curricular activities at campus was enjoyable experience.. that year changed my life gave lot of self confidence.. prompted me to take challanges.. music and drama - music is life ! the best part to enjoy it is just your ears.. you need not be a expert to enjoy music.. was part of band who started MAD - Music And Dramatics society at Faculty at M.S.University of Baroda where i was doing my post-grad.. i am not allowed to try my hand at cooking.. but trying hard to be a expert cook..! i am a casual reader and novels are timepass in to and from office on trains.. i luv meeting people.. making friends and believe you can count on them for your life.. was caught up with the pen-friend thing and have friends all over.. featured on the pop-pal of the week on Dave Lee Travis' A jolly good show on BBC mechanical engineer by education.. i went in for teaching.. then spent some time in 'core' job- in oil and greese- took a job in steel production... right now in software.. i got married and life got a new dimension after that.. snehal -my better half is architect by profession.. have a feeling in general that i've really come a long way...i enjoy playing with my kid.. kids grow so quickly and i am happy that he has started following me in drawing stupid things!! in weekends would luv not to get off from bed.. but life has become so busy that i can never find time for that..!! -Manish Pimpley
